Recognizing that there must be a balance between the desire to promote and praise the students and their accomplishments as much as possible while still protecting them from unwanted intrusions into their lives, here are the policies that this site will follow:

1. Schedules, programs and awards will be identified by groups only.
2. While photos of students taking part in Performing Arts activities will be a major part of the web site, students will NOT be identified by name on the web site.
3. Special requests to identify a student by name on the web site (for example, if a student has received a special award) will be accepted only in writing or email from the student's parent or guardian.
4. Concerns about web page content that may put anybody at risk should be communicated as soon as possible to the web developer...
